What is Apple cider vinegar

It is made from fermented apple juice, a probiotic. Apples are crushed to make juice in which bacteria and yeast are added to convert the sugar into alcohol then the alcohol is converted to vinegar by acetic acid-forming bacteria.

Benefits of Apple cider vinegar

A very traditional home remedy used as salad dressings, baking or cooking. In India, we commonly drink it diluted by adding water empty stomach in the morning.

I, myself, use apple cider vinegar for weight loss on a daily basis.

It’s recommended in keto-diets more as keto-meals mostly consists of food with heavy fat and carbohydrates it helps to stabilise it.
